"We feel so incredibly fortunate to have had Veronica by our side as we sought to purchase our first home (which was a particularly daunting task in this increasingly insane market!) From our initial consultation with her, her background as a teacher really shined through: she was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable when explaining the ins and outs of home buying. We always felt like we were her top priority and had her undivided attention. She was very quick to reply to our many questions and requests for viewings (even at night and on weekends), and she was always willing to accommodate our sometimes wacky work schedules in order to make sure we got to see all the properties we wanted to. What we most appreciated about Veronica, however, was her honesty and objectivity. She NEVER tried to "sell" a property to us. In fact, rather than highlighting the positive features of a home, she took care to point out potential issues and their implications (e.g. cracks in basement walls, signs of water infiltration, bathrooms that didn't have ventilation fans, ungrounded outlets, etc.) She was always up front when she was showing a property we were interested in to multiple clients, and if she had other clients making offers on those properties, though she did an exceptional job of maintaining her clients' confidentiality and would never reveal the details of another client's offer. Veronica provided valuable insight when we began constructing offers, but never pressured us to offer more than we were comfortable with, or to waive any contingencies if we didn't feel comfortable doing so. We would have never succeeded in buying our home in this tough market without her guidance. If you're looking for a trustworthy realtor who cares about her clients, who works tirelessly and patiently to help them navigate this overwhelming process, look no further than Veronica. She was a delight to work with and I will be recommending her to anyone I encounter looking to buy a home in SE Michigan!"

"Veronica helped us find a house as part of a long distance move from California to Ann Arbor and it was a very positive experience. She grew up in Ann Arbor and was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, including the schools, which was very helpful for someone moving from out-of-state. She was always available to do virtual home tours and was in frequent contact with the selling agents about homes we were interested in. She made it work to add in home tours at the last minute and accommodated our crazy schedule when we'd come to town for a day or two to look at a ton of houses. She would block off the whole weekend for us. She was very responsive, always getting back to us quickly and often anticipating our needs. For example, she worked closely with our loan agent to get the correct documents for putting in an offer - I emailed her to ask about getting a updated pre-approval from the lender and she replied that she had already thought the same thing and taken care of it for us! She also set up an inspection for us with her top inspector when we had a very tight timeline. Basically anytime I thought about needing something, she'd already done it :). Her responsiveness was helpful as we navigated a fairly quick closing and there was a lot of back and forth. In the end, we were able to successfully buy the house we wanted and the transaction was very smooth. We actually switched to Veronica after having a poor experience with our first realtor and needless to say this was the best decision that we could have made.
